Conditions

• For registration after the deadline, please register at the on-site registration desk on the day of the Congress.
• Speakers must pay registration fee by April 30, 2025.

Full-day registration fee includes the following items:

• All 4-day programs of IAGP 2025.
  • The first day: Education-Experience-Training Day (EET Day)
  • From the second day to the fourth day: Research-Experience-Vision Period (REV Period)

*Information about other registration will be updated in December.

Registration with additional fee

• Congress Dinner (Evening of the 3rd day)
  Registration fee: JPY8,000
  Date & Time: August 22 (Fri), 19:30-21:30
  Venue: ASAHI BEER EN HAMANASUKAN
  • The application will be closed when we reach the maximum number of participants (400 persons).
  • We welcome application from who do not register for the congress.

Payment

• Fees must be paid in Japanese Yen
• Payment must be made via online portal (in preparation). The only accepted means of payment is by CREDIT CARD (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club).
• Once the registration fee has been paid, it is non-refundable.
• Receipt will be available on the online portal after the payment.

Cancellation Policy

• When you once complete the payment, no refund will be available.
